  2. You, yours, seller, third party seller, vendor means a person or a business who wish to sell any goods or services through the website.
  3. Customer, buyer, client means any person or entity who has a registered profile and order any goods or services through the website.
  4. Goods, item/s, product etc. listed on the website means a merchandise offered for sale to customers through the website.
  5. Admin, administrator and any such terms usually associated with online business operations means any person assigned or authorized to operate or make changes to contents or codes on the website.

 

  1. What we provide

 

  1. We provide you with access to our online trading platform called website once you have registered as a seller.
  2. This facility is only available after you have registered and agreed to our terms and conditions completely.
  3. On successful registration you will have a login ID and a password of your choice. This will be activated by the admin on receiving all the documentation required in terms of your rights and responsibilities duly signed and stamped.
  4. We reserve our right to accept or reject your application and/or discontinue access to you without notice, even though you have registered as a seller on the website. We are not obliged, in any way, to grant you access or privileges what so ever.
  5. You are allowed to list products available to sell at a price determined by you. We have no way to check market price of items and hence no control over it.
  6. We provide data space on our website for you to post pictures, video and other compatible images to be listed along with product description in order for customers to know and understand features and usability of the listed product.
  7. We also provide space on the website for you to write blogs which are independent and can be utilized to promote your product and its unique benefits to potential users.

 

3. Our responsibilities

  1. We shall endeavour to keep the website operational and accessible are responsible for up keep and all reasonable maintenance of the website to keep it online. However we are not responsible for any loss what so ever in case it goes offline, except for our negligence. We will make every efforts to bring it online as soon as possible but we take no liability for any perceived or actual loss as a result.

4. Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include your obligations towards us as well as towards the customers which are listed but not limited to following.

  6. To promptly report any fraudulent activities if and as and when you suspect or come across.
  7. To offer guarantee / warrantee to consumer as required by law and list it as such on your store. It should be in simple language and displayed in a way that it is easy to find.
  8. To promptly respond to a customer once an order is received on your store.
  9. To package all orders received in a way that the item being dispatched are delivered in the best possible condition for a consumer to enjoy the full benefits.

 

5.  Your Obligations towards customers

  1. Honest and accurate description of product/item being offered.
  2. Open and transparent pricing without any hidden / obscured cost to be added later.
  3. Providing complete and usable product with all its parts and accessories needed for proper function/operation.
  4. Prompt and courteous service to customer with a view to delight them and make their online shopping experience on our website a pleasant one.
  5. Prompt reply to their questions, queries and complaint if any.
  6. Assist clients where possible in a professional manner and without any bias or prejudice.

 

6.  Dispute resolution between vendor and customer

We pride ourselves as being customer sensitive organization that like to earn trust of their client as well as suppliers, vendors, partners as much as possible. We expect the same from all our partners (vendors). In case of any dispute arising between two parties we expect following from you

  1. Be patient, respectful and sympathetic towards their complaints and try to understand issues as much as possible.
  2. Offer solutions that will resolve any complaint as quickly as possible and maintain a good and cordial relationship.
  3. Keep a record of complaints received, resolved and pending.
  4. Encourage your customers to provide positive and unbiased rating after dispute resolution.
  5. In case a dispute is lodged against any items, this sale value would be blocked from your settlement until such time that such dispute has been resolved to the satisfaction of both the parties.
  6. If a dispute continue to persist and can not be resolved we reserve our right to mediate and resolve it to the best of our abilities. You agree that this mediation is final and binding on you.
  7. In case you do not agree to this mediation and continue to remain in dispute, we at liberty to invoke our right to block (discontinue) your account with us. In such eventuality we are obliged to settle your account after deducting disputed sale value from any amounts due to you. Such deducted amount will be credited to the customers account and an acknowledgement of this will be sent to your email account registered with us. We take this email to have been sent by us and received by you as long as it is reflected in our sent email. It is your responsibility to keep this email ID updated with us at all times.

 

7.  Delivery App usage and liability

Our delivery app is an unique and extremely powerful tool in present day online market. It provides you flexibility and control over your goods as well as a fast and easy way to make things happen. It give you an edge over all other online market places where such facility is neither available nor even conceived. You are expected to

  1. Download delivery boy app on an android or apple (IOS) device and get it activated by filling out the details required for activation.
  2. Submit details of the vehicle as well as the driver used for delivery purpose. This is to ensure that we remain compliant with the relevant laws.
  3. It is your responsibility to ensure that the vehicle as well as the contents remain insured so that any loss or damage if recouped. We assume no liability or responsibility for any loss or damage of vehicle or goods being transported.
  4. You remain liable to fulfill your obligation of delivering goods lost, stolen or damaged. in such a situation will continue to remain undelivered / unfulfilled and as a result no payment will be due to you until it has been fulfilled and accepted by customer through exchanging goods with OPT number sent to them at the time of placing the order.
  5. If it is found that the delivery app is being misused in any manner, we reserve our right to cancel your activation and block you from using it in future. You agree that our decision in this regard is final and binding. We may at our discretion review suspension of your participation in delivery app from time to time. We are not obliged to consult or inform you of any such review and its outcome.

 

8.  Pledge of Ethics

It is part of our business ethics that we maintain an open and honest business ethics. We try our level best to keep a healthy business relationship with our suppliers as well as with our partners and customers. We strive to provide complete and honest information as much as possible. We do not share any confidential business information with any third party. You agree that you will uphold and abide by these business ethics at all times

  1. Acknowledgement
