Return Policy

This Policy is part of Terms and Conditions. If product bought by you is found to be defective, you can return the same and we will either repair/replace it, or credit your account, subject to the following conditions.  This Policy, however, applies to the products sold by hunt4dealz itself and not by   Third Party Sellers.

Some parts of this Policy do not apply to Unboxed/shop-soiled Deals, reconditioned products or used products which are indicated in the relevant sections below. These items are returned products offered for sale at discounted prices since their original packaging is damaged, unsealed or missing, or the products show signs of handling and/or re-packaging.

Preparing your products for a return

To expedite your return request, please ensure the following:

      • Package your products safely and securely for protection during transit;
      • Clearly mark your return reference number on the outside of the parcel; and
      • Include all accessories and parts that were sold with the product.

Our liability is limited to crediting your account  with the value of item purchased in case of returning an item provided that such an item is acceptable for return and is not damaged or mishandled and no part of it is missing. All cost associated with delivery and return of such an item will have to be borne by the customer. Once return item has been received and inspected at our end an acknowledgement email will be sent and claim processed accordingly.
