1. General
   1. This website, www. hunt4dealz.co.za (the “Website”) is owned and operated by hunt4dealz Electrical & Hardware Pty Ltd, hereinafter referred as Hunt4dealz.
   2. Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) contained herein, govern ordering, sale and delivery of Goods, use of the Website and are binding upon and enforceable against any person who accesses or uses this Website, including without limitation, each user who registers.
   3. By using the Website and by clicking on the “Register” button on the Website, as the case may be, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the Terms and Conditions, unconditionally.
   4. You are allowed access to this website (hunt4dealz.co.za), related mobile-sites and software applications. We do not warrant in anyway that you will be able to access it or use it in any way for any purpose.
   5. Seller, third party, third party supplier refers to an entity independent of hunt4dealz.co.za, and its owner and/or operator.
   6. Hunt4dealz allows third party sellers referred as, “Third Party Seller” to list and sell their Goods on the Website. Hunt4dealz will indicate, where applicable, when Goods are for sale by Third Party Seller.
   7. Certain terms herein apply to purchases from Third Party Sellers, and others apply to purchases from Hunt4dealz only.
2. Notice for users (This heading may be deleted)
   1. The Terms and Conditions apply to users who are considered consumers for purposes of the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (the “CPA”); however, the same may:
      • Limit the liability of Hunt4dealz or a Third Party Seller;
      • Create risk or liability for the user;
      • Make the user liable to indemnify Hunt4dealz or a Third Party Seller;
      • Be an acknowledgement, by the user, of certain facts.
   2. You may seek clarification from Hunt4dealz of any provision(s) herein not clear to you, before accepting the same or using the Website.
3. Return is governed by Returns Policy, contained herein.
4. Registration and use of the Website by Customer/Supplier
   1. Only those customers who have their registered profile on the Website can order goods/services.
   2. To register as a customer/user, you must provide a unique username and password and certain other information to Hunt4dealz for identification and execution of order. You will need to use your unique username and password to access the Website to purchase Goods.
   3. You agree and warrant that you shall: :
      1. use your username and password for personal use only; and
      2. not disclose the same to any third party;

• be  liable for any misuse or fraud committed on the Website as a result of disclosure of your unique username and password

1. You may have access to the Website only by entering your unique username and password and will not be allowed to order any goods, until you have entered correct details; however, once you have entered the correct username and password, you will be liable for payment of such order, irrespective of whether the use of the username and password is unauthorized or fraudulent.
2. You are also liable to notify Hunt4dealz immediately upon becoming aware of any reasonable suspicion of any unauthorized access to or use of your username and password and take steps to mitigate any consequential loss.
3. By using the Website you warrant that you have attained the age of 18 (eighteen) years and are legally capable of entering into a valid contract.
4. You are not permitted to use any device, software or other instrument to create any hindrances to or interference with working of the Website,  nor use any robot, other automatic device, or manual process whatsoever, to monitor, copy, distribute or modify the Website or its contents.
5. You shall not use the Website to distribute material which is defamatory, pornographic, offensive to religious belief, cast or color of a person, or amounts to hate speech or is unlawful.
6. You shall not display, publish, copy, print, post or use the Website or its contents without our prior written permission.

5. Sale/Purchase and availability of Goods
   1. Registered users may place orders for Goods, which Hunt4dealz or the Third Party Seller are free to accept or reject. Further, acceptance and execution of order by Hunt4dealz or the Third Party Seller is subject to availability of Goods, correctness of the information relating to the Goods and receipt of payment. Notwithstanding acceptance of order or receipt of payment, Hunt4dealz is at liberty to cancel your order and refund you the amount already paid, without being liable for any interest or compensation.
   2. You may cancel your order, any time, before receiving a dispatch or delivery notice, after which, you may return the Goods only in accordance with the Returns Policy.
   3. Any order of a television or like item will be subject to the condition that we obtain from you your valid TV license number and your account holder ID. If we do not receive your TV license number and your account holder ID, or your TV license number cannot be validated, you will not be able to check out with the television in your shopping basket.
   4. Mere putting Goods in a wish list or shopping basket does not amount to an order and cast any liability on Hunt4dealz or the Third Party Seller to supply the Goods unless the transaction is complete and payment is made. Goods may be removed from the wish list or shopping basket, without notice, if it is no longer available or the price thereof has changed.
   5. You acknowledge that Goods/stock on offer for sale are limited and Hunt4dealz does not guarantee their availability. Also, price of Goods may change at any time without notice. When the Goods are not available after you have placed an order, Hunt4dealz will notify you and refund the payment made by you for such Goods.
   6. As to the Goods of Third Party Seller, Hunt4dealz relies on inventory and related information supplied by them; Hunt4dealz does not have any source to verify such information and, therefore, cannot vouch for accuracy of the information supplied by such Third Party Seller. As a result, if you order any Goods from a Third Party Seller which are not available for any reason, consequential dispute should be resolved between you and the relevant Third Party Seller, in terms of your rights and obligations contained in the Terms and Conditions.
   7. Certain Goods offered for sale, may not be meant for re-sale. If we feel that such Goods are being purchased for sale, we are entitled to cancel the order with notice to you.
6. Payment
   1. We are committed to provide secure online payment facilities and that all transactions are encrypted using appropriate encryption technology.
   2. Payment can be made for Goods through any of the following means:
      1. Debit Card: In case you pay through debit card, you warrant that you are authorized to use the debit card for making the payment and that the debit card has sufficient available funds to cover all the costs incurred for the transaction on the Website. In order to authorize and/or verify the validity of payment, we may require additional information. In such a case we may withhold delivery of Goods till we receive additional information and/or authorization for the amounts, failing which your order will be cancelled.
      2. Credit Card: In case you pay through credit card, you warrant that you are authorized to use the credit card for making the payment and that the credit card has sufficient available funds to cover all the costs incurred for the transaction on the Website. In order to authorize and/or verify the validity of payment, we may require additional information. In such a case we may withhold delivery of Goods till we receive additional information and/or authorization for the amounts, failing which your order will be cancelled.

• Direct Bank deposit or Electronic Funds Transfer: In case of direct bank deposit or electronic funds transfer, payment must be made within 2 (TWO) days of placing your order. Hunt4dealz will not accept your order if payment has not been received, within stipulated time.

1. Instant EFT.
2. Cash on Delivery (Provided a seller is willing to accept this method of payment). By selecting this option, you undertake to ensure that you have the exact cash ready at the time of delivery.
3. Hunt4dealz Vouchers.

1. Once you have selected your payment method (except for cash on delivery or direct bank deposit), you will be directed to a link to a secure site for payment.

7. Delivery of goods
   1. Good are shipped primarily through courier or our in-house delivery channels provided to our third party seller.
   2. Shipping and Delivery charges are calculated at the time of check out, depending upon your location, size and weight of good etc., which are  subject to change at any time, without prior notice to you.
   3. Where items are bought from different vendors the same will be shipped separately and charged separately by individual vendor.
   4. After accepting your order, Hunt4dealz or the Third Party Seller, as the case may be, will Endeavour to deliver the Goods to you as soon as possible, but no later than 30 (thirty) days of receipt of your payment (“Delivery Period”). We will notify you if we are unable to deliver the Goods during the Delivery Period. You may then, within 7 (seven) days of receiving such notification choose to cancel your order for the Goods. If you wish to cancel your order, we will reimburse you for the purchase price.
   5. Hunt4dealz’s obligation to deliver Goods is fulfilled upon delivery of the same to the physical address given by you for delivery of the order. Hunt4dealz is not responsible for any loss or unauthorized use of Goods, after it has been delivered to the address given by you.
   6. We shall take due care to accurately describe on the Website the Goods, its availability, purchase price and delivery charges etc. However, in case of any discrepancy, we shall not be liable for any loss, claim or expenses relating to the transaction. Nonetheless, in case of any incorrect purchase price, we undertake to refund you any excess amount in terms of the Returns Policy.
   7. Hunt4dealz shall not be bound by any incorrect information regarding our Goods displayed on any third party websites or any media whatsoever.
8. Gift Vouchers & Coupons
   1. Hunt4dealz may, from time to time, come out with physical or electronic free gift vouchers (“Gift Vouchers”) and promotional coupons or discounts (“Coupons”) available for use on the Website towards the purchase of Hunt4dealz Goods which can be redeemed only during their validity period.
   2. Gift Vouchers
      1. Gift Vouchers are valid for the period stated thereon.
      2. Gift Vouchers cannot be used to buy other Gift Vouchers or Coupons. They do not accrue interest and are not refundable for cash once purchased or otherwise obtained. If your Gift Voucher value is insufficient to cover the full order you wish to place, you have to make payment for deficient amount.

• Hunt4dealz is not responsible for any harm due to the loss, unauthorized use or unauthorized distribution of a Gift Voucher, after it has delivered the Gift Voucher to you.

1. Discount Coupons
   1. There are two types of Coupons; a Coupon with a fixed amount of a discount, e.g. R100 off (“Fixed Coupon“), and a Coupon with a percentage discount, e.g. 10% off (“Percentage Coupon“).
   2. Coupons are issued at the sole discretion of Hunt4dealz and can be cancelled or withdrawn any time without notice or assigning any reason therefor. Users do not have a right to Coupons, and Coupons cannot be earned. Coupons are issued under specific terms and conditions as to when and how they may be used.

• Unless specified otherwise:
  1. Coupon can only be used once;
  2. only one Coupon can be used per order;
  3. only one Coupon can be used on the Website per person per promotion/campaign;
  4. Percentage Coupons may only be redeemed on purchases with a total cart value of less than R 1,000;
  5. Where a Percentage Coupon has been used and you wish to cancel any items in the order prior to making payment, the entire order must be cancelled. You will be issued with a new Percentage Coupon and will need to place the order again;
  6. A Coupon must be used at check-out. It cannot be used later on existing orders;
  7. The value of the Coupon will be set off against the value of your shopping basket and you will have to make payment for the balance.

1. Coupons cannot be used to buy Gift Vouchers or other Coupons, and cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash or credit. Hunt4dealz is not responsible for any harm due to the loss, unauthorized use or distribution of a Coupon.
2. If for any reason a Coupon does not reflect on the final amount due from you at check-out, you can contact us to confirm if the Coupon is still valid.  If Hunt4dealz confirms that the Coupon is still valid and you have already placed your order, you can choose whether to cancel the order and place it again with the Coupon, or you can use the Coupon on your next order within the limitations of the specific Coupon’s terms and conditions.
3. You may be required to submit the original communication containing the Coupon code, and any other information reasonably requested by Hunt4dealz, before you are able to use a Coupon.

9. Daily Deals and Discounted Goods
   1. Hunt4dealz may, from time to time, offer certain Goods at discounted prices as part of a Daily Deal, App Only Deal, Bundle Deal or any other deal. These will be subject to certain conditions (as set out in these Terms and/or the Website), which define the scope of the Deal. If you buy a product within the scope of a Deal, only then you will be entitled for discounted price for that product (the “Deal Price”). If you buy a product in combination with any other products which together do not constitute a Bundle Deal, it will be considered outside the Deal and you will have to pay the Normal Price for all such products.
   2. Daily Deals
      1. Daily Deals (“Deals”) are available daily 7am – 23:59 pm on week days and 9 am – 23:59 pm on weekends. (Try to change time) Daily Deals have a stock limit and may expire earlier, if stock runs out.
      2. After a Daily Deal is sold out, the same Goods may be available at normal selling prices.

• Only one of each Daily Deal may be purchased per customer. Any attempt to secure multiples will be rejected.

1. Mere adding a Daily Deal to your cart, or completing your order for a Daily Deal without paying for it, does not constitute a complete transaction. Hunt4dealz must receive payment within 24 hours of placing your order for a Daily Deal, otherwise, order will be cancelled.
2. Stock for customers is reserved in the order of receipt of payment. If payment is made through EFT, we may receive payment a few days later, by which time the Daily Deal may sell out to customers paying through quicker mode.
3. By purchasing any Goods under Daily Deal, you are opting for our Daily Deals daily newsletter as well as our newsletter (you may opt-out of these newsletters at any time).

1. Bundle Deals
   1. Hunt4dealz may from time to time offer bundle deals for sale under the Bundle Deals tab on the Website (“BundleDeals“). Each Bundle Deal will consist of two or more products that we (as provided on the Website) have combined together in a single bundle.

10. Third Party Sellers
    1. When Goods are for sale by Third Party Sellers, Hunt4dealz only provides them platform to facilitate transactions between them and Hunt4dealz customers. In such cases, Hunt4dealz is neither the buyer nor the seller of these Goods.
    2. The Sale formed on acceptance of your order (in accordance with clause 5 for Goods that are for sale by a Third Party Seller is solely between you and such Third Party Seller. Hunt4dealz is not a party to such a sale.
    3. The Third Party Seller is solely responsible for fulfilment of delivery of the Goods and provide an invoice to the registered user if required.
    4. For the convenience of registered user Hunt4dealz will handle/facilitate any returns, by the registered user arising out of the Sale between a registered user and a Third Party Seller on behalf of the Third Party Seller according to Hunt4dealz’s own Returns Policy. If such claim becomes a dispute, the same must be resolved between the registered user and the relevant Third Party Seller alone; Hunt4dealz does not bear any responsibility in such a dispute, directly or indirectly.
11. Amendment of Terms and Conditions
    1. Hunt4dealz may modify any of the Terms and Conditions at any time. You should regularly check the same and make sure that you are in agreement with the changes. Else, you must not place any further orders or in any other way use the Website.
    2. If you use the Website after such amended Terms and Conditions have been displayed on the Website, you will be deemed to have accepted such changes.
12. Electronic communications
    1. When you visit the Website or send emails to us, you agree to receive communications from us or any of our affiliates or partners electronically in accordance with our privacy policy.
13. Ownership and copyright
    1. The contents of the Website, including any material, information, data, software, icons, text, graphics, lay-outs, images, sound clips, advertisements, video clips, trade names, logos, trade-marks, designs and service marks which are displayed on or incorporated in this Website are protected by law, including but not limited to copyright. The Website Content is the property of Hunt4dealz, its advertisers and/or sponsors and/or is licensed to Hunt4dealz.
    2. You do not have any right, title or interest in the Website or the Website Content.
    3. Any use, distribution or reproduction of the Website Content is prohibited unless otherwise provided for in law. If you wish to make use of any contents of this website you must obtain prior permission in this regard.
    4. Where any of the Website Content has been licensed to Hunt4dealz or belongs to any third party, your rights of use will also be subject to any terms and conditions which that licensor or third party imposes from time to time and you agree to comply with such terms and conditions. ??
14. Linking to third party websites
    1. This Website may contain links or references to Third Party Websites, e.g. advertisers, which are outside of our control,. The Terms and Conditions do not apply to those Third Party Websites and Hunt4dealz is not responsible for the practices and/or privacy policies of those Third Party Websites or the “cookies” that those sites may use.
    2. Your use of such Third Party Websites is entirely at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any loss, expense, claim or damage of any kind whatsoever, arising from your use of such Third Party Websites or your reliance on any information contained therein.
15. Limitation of liability
    1. Hunt4dealz is not liable for any inaccurate information published on the Website and/or any incorrect price displayed on the Website. You may contact us to report any possible inaccuracy or error.
    2. You agree to indemnify Hunt4dealzagainstany loss or claim you or any third party may suffer due to use of the Website and or any linked Third Party Website.
16. Availability of Website and Termination
    1. We will Endeavour to maintain the availability of the Website, except during scheduled maintenance periods, although we are entitled to discontinue the Website or any part thereof with or without notice.
    2. Hunt4dealz may terminate, suspend or modify this Website, with or without notice and will not be liable for anything, other than processing any orders made by you prior to such time.
    3. Your failure to comply with your obligations under the Terms and Conditions, may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Website.
    4. In order to prevent suspected fraud and/or where it apprehends  that  someone is abusing the Website and/or have created multiple user profiles to take advantage of a promotion or Coupon intended by Hunt4dealz to be used once-off , Hunt4dealz is entitled to blacklist such a person  on its database (including suspending or terminating his  access to the Website), refuse to accept or process payment on any order, and/or to cancel any order concluded between such person  and Hunt4dealz, in whole or in part, with a notice . Hunt4dealz shall only be liable to refund monies already paid by such person (see Hunt4dealz’s Returns Policy in this regard), and accepts no other liability which may arise as a result of such blacklisting and/or refusal to process any order.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction 

These Terms and Conditions, our relationship and any dispute relating to the all transactions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

18. Complaints 

You may send your complaints and suggestions to us by email or through contact us option on the website.

19. General
    1. You cannot assign or transfer your rights and obligations to any third party.
    2. If any term or condition contained herein is declared invalid, the remaining terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect.

• No indulgence, extension of time or relaxation by one party to the other shall constitute a waiver of its right and such party shall not be stopped from exercising any of its rights against the other party e which may have arisen or arise in the future.

1. These Terms and Conditions comprise the whole agreement. No other warranty or undertaking is valid, unless agreed in writing, between the parties.
